Gateshead West

I’m Rachel, I am new class leader for Gateshead West and also a first time Mam to Esty, my little girl who is 6 months old.

I had my baby during the height of the pandemic and really began to struggle without classes/groups, check ups and being a first time mam I felt very isolated. Thankfully groups/classes started to reopen and I attended religiously. I still was receiving very little support from health visitors and doctors. My support and confidence came from attending groups, especially Little Movers.

That’s when I thought, this is what I want to do, I want to create that environment for mams, dads and carers. I want to create a place they go to to learn, have fun and also feel supported when they do need someone to talk to.

Please join me on my Little Mover journey.

Can’t wait to meet you all, see you at class! X

Our strongest testimonial is our Little Movers keep coming back for more fun. They progress to join our sister company Snapdragon Arts which provides Dance, Singing and Drama!

Our contracted work continues to come in and we don’t advertise to childcare providers, they contact us. Our reputation is our advertisement. We continue to grow and have become so successful that we have a bigger team of staff and have recently opened our head office!

“At Little Movers every child is valued, celebrated and allowed their moment to Shine in whatever way that may be!”

The design of the classes and their input have played a significant part in developing her co-ordination, learning and dance skills, dramatically increasing her confidence and her ability to interact with other children and adults.”
